Mission
Make it fast to apply well, without making anything up. Every application TruApply helps you send should be one you can stand behind in the interview.
The problem
Applying for jobs means rewriting the same resume again and again: a different emphasis for each role, and a fight to keep it on one page. AI writing tools promise to do that work, but they get there by guessing. Bullets get padded, numbers get rounded up, and skills appear that you never claimed. The result reads well, then falls apart the first time someone asks about it.
The approach
TruApply starts from what’s true and keeps it that way.
- A verified facts bank. Your resume is split into individual facts: each bullet, project, achievement and certification, with a record of where it came from. You check them and fix anything in place.
- No invented claims. Every document is built only from your checked facts. AI may shorten the wording, and a check confirms every number, name and date made it through, with nothing new added.
- One page, guaranteed. The layout tightens first, then the wording, never the facts. Before you download, you see how far over one page you are and what happens next.
- You decide what goes out. TruApply doesn’t auto-apply and doesn’t message anyone for you. Nothing is sent to an employer without your approval.
Where TruApply stands
TruApply is an early-stage startup in early access. Today it reads your resume (scanned PDFs included), builds your facts bank, tags your role, domain and seniority, and produces a one-page PDF in three templates.
Coming soon: job matches from company career pages and public job listings, tailored resumes and cover letters written only from your facts, an AI assistant for your profile, and notifications. Invites go out from the waitlist as spots open, and what early users say shapes what ships next.
Who’s building it
TruApply is founder-led by Neeraj Pal. Neeraj is a full-stack engineer with four years of shipping products end to end: a finance platform, a customer booking site and a procure-to-pay system. He now builds LLM applications with retrieval and evaluation.
