TruApply

Now in early access

Apply with nothing but the truth.

TruApply is an AI job-search assistant that turns your resume into a bank of facts you check line by line, then builds a clean one-page resume from them. The wording can tighten. The facts never change.

TruApply is in early access. Your email is used for your invite and nothing else.

Who it's for

Job seekers applying to several roles who want every application sharp, without stretching the truth to get there.

The problem

Rewriting a resume for each role takes hours. AI writing tools save that time by guessing: padded bullets, rounded-up numbers, skills you never claimed. You're the one who has to defend them in the interview.

The approach

TruApply starts from what's true. Your resume becomes a bank of facts you've checked, and every document is built only from those facts, with a check that nothing was added.

From your resume to one page you can stand behind.

Three steps, and you stay in charge of every line.

  1. Upload your resume.

PDF or Word, and scanned pages are read too. AI writes your resume onto a clean page while you watch.

TruApply reading a resume: the name, contact line and summary are written in, the first bullets are appearing, and later sections are still loading.TruApply reading a resume: the name, contact line and summary are written in, the first bullets are appearing, and later sections are still loading.
Your resume, written in line by line as AI reads it.
  2. Check every fact.

Each bullet becomes its own fact, with a record of where it came from. Fix anything in place, and confirm the AI tags for your role, domain and seniority.

When AI isn't sure about a tag, it says so and asks you to check.

AI tags and your facts count, on the profile page.
  3. Download one page.

Pick a template, light or dark, and drag your sections into the order you like. The PDF always fits on one page.

The same facts in each of the three templates.

Shorter wording. Never fewer facts.

When your resume runs long, the layout tightens first. If it still won't fit, AI shortens the wording, and a check confirms every number, name and date made it through.

A facts bank you've verified.
Bullets, projects, achievements and certifications are stored one by one, each with its source: your uploaded resume, or your own edit.
No invented claims.
Documents are built only from your checked facts. Shortened wording goes into the PDF, and your saved facts are never rewritten.
One page, guaranteed.
The PDF always fits on one page. Before you download, the page tells you how far over you are and what happens next.

What works today, and what's next.

TruApply is in early access. This is exactly where it stands.

Works today

  • Resume upload with OCR. PDF or Word files, and scanned pages are read too.

  • Live write-in. AI writes your parsed resume onto the page as it reads.

  • Facts bank. Every bullet is its own fact with a recorded source, edited in place on a resume-style page.

  • AI tags. Role, domain and seniority, ready for you to confirm or change.

  • Three templates. Light or dark, with drag-and-drop section order.

  • One-page PDF, guaranteed. Wording tightens if it has to, facts are never dropped, and a check confirms nothing was invented.

  • Cost guard. AI usage is capped, so spend can't run away.

Questions, answered.

What is TruApply?

An AI job-search assistant. It turns your resume into a bank of facts you check, then builds a one-page resume from only those facts. Tailored resumes, cover letters and job matches are coming soon.

Who is it for?

Anyone applying to several roles who wants each application sharp without stretching the truth. Upload the resume you already have, and TruApply works from there.

Can I use TruApply today?

It's in early access. Join the waitlist and your invite arrives by email when a spot opens.

How much does it cost?

Early access is free. Pricing for later plans isn't set yet, and you'll hear about it before anything changes.

What does “truthful” mean here?

Your resume is split into individual facts that you review. The one-page PDF is built only from those facts: AI may shorten the wording, and a check confirms nothing was dropped or made up.

What if my resume is longer than one page?

The layout tightens first. If that isn't enough, AI shortens the wording, never the facts, and your saved facts stay exactly as you wrote them.

Will it apply to jobs or message recruiters for me?

No. TruApply doesn't auto-apply and doesn't send messages on LinkedIn or anywhere else. Every application stays your decision.

Where will job matches come from?

From company career pages and public job listings. Job matches are coming soon, and what you apply to stays your choice.

Which files can I upload?

PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 5 MB. Scanned PDFs are read with OCR.

How is AI usage kept in check?

A cost guard tracks AI spend and pauses AI work at the limit instead of running on.

What happens to my data?

Your resume and facts stay private to your account and are never sold. To have your data deleted, email neeraj@neerajpal.dev.
